Dallas Theological Seminary education costs for Rwandan native Emmanuel Ruheza.
When Emmanuel turned 14 years of age, he attended high school where he was appointed by his fellow students to lead the fellowship as the Scripture Union Chairperson. It was a ministry similar to Campus Crusade for Christ in America. When he moved to a different high school, again he was appointed to serve in the same role leading 1,500 students. Then, Emmanuel served for three years as a church planter in Rwanda, Uganda, Burundi, and Tanzania. When he was admitted to a university, he was appointed campus pastor for two years. He then began missionary training in South Africa, African College of Theology, and then Dallas Theological Seminary. Emmanuel has grown in his conviction that the Lord called him to the work of an evangelist and disciple-making through Pastoral care. The 1994 Rwandan Genocide claimed nearly 1 million lives and it became clear to Emmanuel that there is a huge need for Pastoral training and Pastoral care in his country. Through Pastoral training within Africa Bible in Community, where Emmanuel is a founding Board member, Emmanuel seeks to serve Pastors through Pastoral training and one-on-one discipleship and counselling.

The government shut down this Christian school of 250+ students because they had no restroom facility and simply were using a ditch to relieve themselves. Through your generous contributions, the Lord was faithful in providing $5,000 to construct a multiple-stall girl’s restroom and boy’s restroom.
